I noticed that with my student he also had a harder time with the names of characters, but that he still understood what was basically happening in the book. He miss pronounced some of the names of the characters, but that really did not matter because he still understood they impact the made on the story. It is great when they start talking about a book and they really enjoy it.... they get so excited and into it. I loved listening to my student about the books he was reading because he really got into it.
